For the highest level of vehicle incursion protection, Cal Pipe manufactures a line of EMBEDDED HIGH SECURITY BOLLARDS and (and RETRACTABLE HIGH SECURITY BOLLARDS), certified by the Department of State as K12/Pass. These certification verifies that our bollard systems are designed, precision engineered and tested by an independent agency to stop a 15,000 lb. vehicle traveling at 50 mph or less with no more than 1 meter of penetration. DEPARTMENT OF STATE K-4 EQUIVALENT
HIGH SECURITY EMBEDDED BOLLARDS
Our K4 equivalent EMBEDDED HIGH SECURITY BOLLARDS have been tested to withstand a 15,000 lb truck traveling at 30 mph without allowing more than 1 meter of penetration. Though they have not yet been certified by the Department of State they are a strong deterrent to vehicle ramming and other malevolent intent.
